We offer a variety of traditional and not so traditional physical therapy services at Real Rehab Sports + Physical Therapy with the goal of helping you ‘Reach Your Peak’. Over the past 13 years, we have worked hard to assemble a team of thoughtful, smart, inventive and progressive therapists supported by their personal interests, drive for knowledge and our technology to provide you the best all round physical therapy care. The Seattle Green Lake Triathlon Group SGLTG is a non-profit organization in the Seattle area offering group events to local triathletes and multi-sport enthusiasts. The goal of SGLTG is to offer free group training and support to triathletes of all levels and abilities, whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned veteran.
Seattle Walk Run is dedicated to training both walkers and runners to achieve their goals. We provide a training program for runners who want to complete a Half or Full Marathon and walkers who want to complete a Half Marathon.
Cascade Endurance provides runners, Nordic skiers and mountain athletes of all types with a comprehensive suite of offerings designed to improve overall health and performance with a close, one-on-one approach. The coaches at Cascade Endurance have an intimate knowledge of endurance training from both their own personal pursuits and their wealth of experience working with other athletes; better still, their partnerships with professionals such as those at Real Rehab and Fit First, LLC to help ensure the client’s straight route to their goals.
Uphill Athlete is a platform for openly sharing proven training knowledge for the sports of alpinism, mountaineering, rock and ice climbing, ski mountaineering, skimo racing, and mountain running. Uphill Athlete offers free educational resources, sells well-designed training plans, and custom coaching for amateurs and experienced athletes to maximize their fitness and succeed in the mountain sports they love.
Steve House and Scott Johnston, co-authors of Training for the New Alpinism and co-founders of Uphill Athlete have successfully put together a proven systematic training approach for endurance athletes. Team Thrive is a competitive women’s cycling team based in Seattle. Our objective is to promote women’s health, fitness and competitive spirit through bicycle racing. We’re one of the largest women’s cycling teams in the Pacific Northwest; with approximately 70 members, our team is a veritable force whenever the rubber meets the road, the track and the dirt.
Super Jock N Jill has been an anchor in the Seattle running community for decades. Now with a new location in Redmond they hope to continue their success on the Eastside as well. Not only are they a great resource for shoes, they also host a Medical Night on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a variety of medical professionals to available to discuss your issues in an informal meeting. Fit First provides nutrition services. Registered Dietitian, Jess Mullen, specializes in body composition changes, metabolic efficiency and sports performance, emotional eating, restoring energy and healing gut issues.
