Real Rehab Sports and Physical Therapy is once again hosting a 2 hour class which will briefly cover the anatomy and physiology of the pelvic floor and then spend a greater amount of time on exercises to help you get in touch with your Pelvic Floor through relaxation techniques, stretching and strengthening activities.
This workshop, taught in a safe private environment, will help clarify the roll of the female pelvic floor and give you tools to enhance or begin your exercise program.
