Real Rehab offers Real Performance individualized coaching for endurance athletes by certified and experienced coaches, including cycling, running, multisport and climbing/mountaineering.
We have simplified our coaching services and prices to a single package. All clients pay $200 for an initial coaching setup, which includes:
- Athlete Inventory.
- One hour meeting to discuss goals, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
- One month custom training plan.
- TrainingPeaks.com online coach/athlete tool set-up.
Monthly coaching fee of $75 includes:
- Ongoing email/phone contact with coach.
- "Coached Client" discount on Real Performance Specialty Services.
- One month custom training plan.
- Month-to-month subscription to TrainingPeaks.com online coach/athlete tool.
